Ashok Gupta

CEO

Ashok has over 30 years of experience in the start-up photonics, media/TV industry, telecommunication, electronic component, and semiconductor industries. Most recently Ashok was the founder/CFO of ONIRBAN Network, USA a Wi-Max triple play company (Voice, Video and Data). It was merged with ARASOR. ARASOR went public in Australia in October 2006.

Ashok was also a founder/senior executive of several companies, such as UPTRON (India) in the area of Electronic systems for oil industry/Electronic components, Authentek for developing smart RFID chips, Glopax (USA), in the area of B to B infrastructure, Optipex (USA) in the area of electro optical components & EDFA system, Mixyn in the area of Social networking.

He is a graduate of I.I.T Roorkee, India with a B.S. Physics; B.S EE; P.G.D.B.A Marketing from Lucknow and M.B.A Operation/Finance from OSU, USA. Expert in Large scale enterprise Operation, Finance, Technology development & General management.

D. Ramesh Rao, Ph.D

COO

Ramesh comes from a multi-disciplinary background in technology and science. He also has extensive background in market analysis and segmentation. His focus is on solutions that integrate technology and market issues.

His past work has included roles that addressed strategy definition and implementation. In telecom/data communications, as an analyst at RHK he had covered switching and routing and in that role advised small, mid and large cap companies.

He had held positions at Bell Labs and also at IBM Scientific center UK. His technical background includes medical imaging diagnostics and distributed computing. More recently he has consulted with telecom carriers and a large semi-conductor equipment manufacturer in providing both technical/market studies and also strategic technical solutions.

Leilani Amour

Leilani Amour joined HBC Media Inc with nearly 20 years of Product development and marketing experience in several entertainment related fields. During that time, Ms. Amour has brought a number of new products to market. Product successes include Fine Arts, Motion Pictures, Video Technology including HD, Studio Productions, Network Engineering, Media Tools and Software, Legal Analysis and Film/Digital Equipments with many industrial experiences.

Most recently, Ms. Amour is responsible for operation and business development in Heavenly Eyes Production, Inc. in Redwood, California. This firm develops and deploys professional level multimedia, film and video productions. This firm provides pre-production, production, and post-production services in film, digital, video, and media development. She has been worked with Academy Award winning Special Effects Team ad has worked in numerous feature films and TV shows. Ms. Amour also has a experiences of teaching filmmaking including A-Z of producing, directing, editing, digital videography and writing including Set/Production Designer and Special Effects Crew for Matrix Reloaded 2 and Matrix 3.

Ms. Amour earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information/Network Systems Engineering from U.C Berkeley, in Motion Pictures from Academy of Art College , SF, CA and Master Degree in Fine Arts Program from Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA.

Anurag is a seasoned entrepreneur and has built Silicon Valley companies in the past. His expertise overlaps both US and Indian Markets. He has in depth knowledge and understanding of markets and products including product management and support.

Vijayendra Garg

Vijayendra is heading our operations in south America. He has more than 30 years experience in education and business in Brazil. He has worked with several Brazilian multi-nationals in the past. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Hindi. His passion is to transform technology for the service of common man. Vijayendra is based in Brasilia, Brazil.

Ken comes from a strong educational background and is associated with the Universities in the US. His focus is primarily in the education sector.

Yohei Iwasaki

Business Advisor - Japan Strategy
 
Yohei is a joint MBA/MS student at Stanford University. Yohei  practiced business laws in the combined area of finance, M&A, and intellectual property. As a practicing attorney, he joined Nishimura & Asahi in 2005, where he experienced private equity finance, LBO finance, intellectual property finance, and real estate finance and was involved in several largest transactions in Japan. In 2007, he joined Uchida & Samejima Law Firm and focused on advising intellectual property strategy and finance strategy to technology corporations and ventures. Yohei also advised a $400million PE fund to penetrate Japanese market.
In 2000, Yohei graduated from Musashi Senior high school, a top high school in Japan, where he was awarded as the top student. He passed the Bar Examination in 2003 and graduated from University of Tokyo in 2004 (Bachelor of Law).

Neeraj Maithel

Neeraj has extensive background in software development and rolling products out.

He worked at Microsoft for about 12 years in the Office division, his expertise is in managing timely development of large scale and highly complex software. At Microsoft he led development of software used by more than 300 million users worldwide. He has lead  software development teams by defining roadmaps with prioritized feature lists, specifications, timelines, etc. In addition to deep knowledge on software issues he has also in depth experience in the entrepreneurial world.

Naresh Sharma is a versatile Executive with over 30 years in  operations, engineering and technology development. He has direct experience in building new organizations and capability from the ground up as well as managing established large scale high volume manufacturing. He is results-oriented, customer focused, and with high technology understanding and expertise in bringing new products, from initial conceptual and development phase to a large volume production in a cost effective manner.

He was instrumental in bringing one of his company's from start-up to a successful IPO and has held titles such as VP of Quality and Reliability, VP of Operations.

Naresh has also served at various senior management and executive roles at PulseCore, Tripath Technology Inc, Cirrus Logic, Cypress, Alliance, Seeq Technology, Fairchild & American Microsystems.

He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from IIT Delhi and an M.S. in Solid State Physics from IIT Roorkee, in India.
